-Way2agri connects together sellers and buyers and allow them to offer, exhibit products, sell and buy leads in agricultural business . The actual contract for sale is directly between the seller and buyer. Way2agri is not a traditional product reseller.
-Way2agri provides an electronic web-based platform for exchanging information between buyers and suppliers of agri inputs products and services.
-Way2agri do not take any percentage or commission for any deal or business transaction between seller and buyer .
-way2agri Allow Sellers to Access to sell/buy leads , products and companies directory ( suppliers and buyers).
-Way2agri Allow buyers to access to sell leads , products and suppliers directory
-Companies Directory : shall mean the buyers Directory and Suppliers Directory collectively. Registered users automatically in directory.
-All business transactions between the seller and the buyer take place directly, privately and confidentially. Way2agri does not represent either the seller or the buyer in certain transactions.
-Way2agri is not responsible for the loss of the seller or buyer
-Way2agri has no control over and does not guarantee the availability, quality, safety or legality of advertised products. The truth or accuracy of any user content or entries. The seller’s ability to complete the sale or the buyer’s ability to complete the purchase.

– Must not violate any applicable law, statute, decree or regulation (including without limitation those governing export control, consumer protection, unfair competition, anti-discrimination or advertising containing falsehoods);
-Way2agri cannot guarantee the exact length of the listing;
